If you don't know this already, every user is able to upload their own custom avatar or personal photo, like my logo I have to the left, or like Jason has on his posts. To do this, you simply click on the UCP (User Control Panel) button located at the top of your screen after you log in, and upload a custom photo or animation from you computer or the web. Its a great way to have fun, and personalize your posts.
